Salbiah Rejab died on Oct 16, 2021, after she was discharged from hospital. She was a beloved mother and aunt. She spent three weeks in the intensive care unit and managed to fight the virus and learnt to breath on her own again. However, she was rushed back to hospital after she started vomiting blood. She died of organ damage cause by the Covid-19 infection.
