About Jantai Masing
Jantai Masing, 63, died at Hospital Kapit on May 31, 2021, the day before Gawai celeration and three days after his wife died of the same virus. His son, Kundi Masing, was also infected but survived. Jantai's older brother was Sarawak deputy chief minister James Masing.
