- To contact you if we have questions about your submission;
- To verify that you are not a robot;
- To publish the memorial message; and
- To alert you when the memorial message is uploaded.

However, we have the right to edit the material for clarity, language and brevity. We also reserve the right to reject submissions (including tributes and comments) that cannot be verified or are inappropriate or malicious.
We also produce memorials based on information already in the public domain. i.e. those published in the news or on public social media pages. The information is owned by the authors.
If a memorial has been produced of your loved one using this information, but you would like to have it removed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
