Ramli Ibrahim died on Oct 3, 2021. He was a member of the Penang division of the National Anti-Drugs Agency (AADK). He was intubated for a week before losing his battle against Covid-19. The Seberang Perai AADK wrote: "May he be placed among the righteous in the afterlife. May all his sacrifices on this earth be rewarded handsomely."
