About Mariani Sulaiman
Mariani Sulaiman, 52, died at 10.15pm on Dec 15, 2020 after 10 days in Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II (HRPZ), Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The mother of two was the head nurse at the Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) intensive care unit. The fifth of nine siblings, she was described by her sister, Nariah Sulaiman as the backbone of the family. Her colleagues remember her as a good friend and a dedicated nurse who was always willing to guide younger nurses.
