R Kumutha, 42, died on July 13, 2021 at Hospital Putrajaya. She was special officer to then Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister, Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff and Pas' Supporters Club women's wing chief. Siti Zailah said Kumutha was always there to assist the needy and was handling complaints lodged to the deputy minister's officer until her final days.
