About Salmah Shariff
Salmah Shariff, 74, died at Hospital Sik on July 9, 2021 at 11.50pm. She died just over 24 hours before her husband, Ramli Awang, 82, died at 12.05am on July 11, at the same hospital. They did not see each other in her final hours because she died in the emergency ward. Their daughter, Zuriyani Ramli, 42, was also infected and was in the same ward as her father when he died.
