Phua Kok Liang, 73, died on July 18, 2021. He was a char koay teow hawker at SK Lucky Kopitiam in Seri Kembangan before recently retiring. He was feeling unwell after receiving the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. He then tested positive for Covid-19 in early July.
