Tan Ah Csee, 80, died on August 6 at home. She was Singaporean. Her neighbours noticed something amiss when the victim did not respond to their calls. Thus, they called Muar Fire and Rescue Department to open the locked door and found that she was dead. A test post-mortem showed she was Covid-19 positive.
