Lee Tham Sing, 75, meninggal dunia jam 3 petang pada 14 Februari 2021. Beliau meninggalkan seorang isteri dan tiga orang anak. Beliau disifatkan seorang yang ceria, bapa yang penyayang dan berdedikasi, sentiasa mendahulukan keluarganya dan amat gemar makan. "Beliau sentiasa dalam kenangan kami."
