Michael Geh Thuan Peng, 57, meninggal dunia di Hospital Pulau Pinang pada 15 Mei 2021. Juruukur bertauliah ini antara individu yang dianggap sebagai veteran dalam bidang hartanah. Beliau ialah Presiden Fiabci East Asia Multi National Chapter dan juga rakan kongsi Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd. Beliau dikenali sebagai seorang ketua yang baik dan banyak menyumbang dalam bidang kepakarannya selain mempunyai personaliti yang ceria. Beliau pernah menerima anugerah National Outstanding Entreprenuers Lifetime Achievement Award dalam acara Entreprenuership Summit oleh KSI Strategic Institue for Asia Pacific. Beliau meninggalkan isteri Celia Fung dan seorang anak perempuan bernama Nicole Geh.
